Hey ! Nick Marks I am confused.

Some of you may remember Nick Marks from my previous post about University Of Internet Marketing Well looks like Nick has been a busy boy.

On top of his highly successful Forex enterprises website which claims that you can:

“earn thousands of dollars a month with a system that virtually runs 100% on autopilot”

He has a another called Automated Millions that claims :

“Discover The Closely Guarded Secrets Of A Real Internet Millionaire That Will Have You Quickly Automating Your Way To Lazy And Enormous Profits!”

Now for the part that confuses me Nick. When I go to your proof of payments page at

http://www.automatedmillions.com/

and then to your proof of payments page at

http://forexenterprise.com/

I see the exact same thing except for the curved writing showing the different program names. So which one actually made you the money ?

Surely you are not selling the same crap under a different website ?

Oh I nearly forgot. Check out the Disclaimer for Automated Millions:

Well lucky me I just so happen to be having lunch with my accountant ,lawyer and professional advisor on Friday. What are the odds of that ?

  1. Hi Phil. I’ve visited Nick’s automated millions website and got impressed by the testimonies : John Denton, Charles Ryder, Sebastian Foss.

No wonder so many people on the internet just give up. They can’t beat such an organized gang.

As regards Nick’s earnings, if I could so easily make a 100 thousand a month, I would retire after building my first Million, instead of staying around scamming more people… (You know, once you build your first Million, the second one builds for itself, so why work?)

  2. What you say makes sense to me.
Hey , Maybe they are not really making that much money.
No that can’t be true. What about the proof of payments.

Maybe I should stop bagging these guys and just accept that they are experts who genuinely want to help people.

Na Stuff it ! This is much more fun.

    Phil

  3. […] I am confused Jeremy ! Did you go to the Nick Marks School of WebMarketing ? He is of course promoting EDC Gold […]

  4. I stay on mailing lists from some of these guys because they occassionally share something useful. Recently, I got an email from one of them that explains it all. He posted a question from one of his newsletter subscribers and his brilliant answer to it. I’ve deleted his name because it could be any of them. Here it is:

    **** The Question: ****

“Would you discuss the resistance many have to the concept of the networking industry that somehow it’s inherently sleazy, or is only used as a method by companies whose products wouldn’t survive in the conventional, mass advertising, climate of ‘big business’, and could you suggest ways to counter that characterization of us and our industry? ”

    **** The Response ****

Sylvia’s concern is shared by a LOT of people. I get emails just like this one on a daily basis and it’s a topic I cover in
Black Belt because it is so common.

If you’ve felt like this as well Web, listen closely because
I’m going to solve this issue for you once and for all right now…

    And how is it done?

Simple… You forget about. You’re giving yourself a problem that
cannot be solved nor should it be solved. Other people’s perceptions of this industry or your business is completely irrelevent.

The only reason that you would care what they think, or try
to convince them to think another way (like you), is because
you’re living in a mindset of poverty and/or inexperience.

All you need to do is realize that there are just as many people out there who are positive and open to this industry, as there are who aren’t.

And if that’s the case, then the solution is simple… You ignore the negative people, and focus on the rest. You don’t try to educate them or change their minds. You let them continue on their merry way and BAM…

    This “problem” disappears.

If I’m on the phone with a prospect or if I meet someone in person and they show ANY kind of hesitation, doubt, or negativity about what I’m doing at all… The conversation is over.

    No big deal.

But I’m not going to waste my time and energy trying to convince them to adopt my view when there are others who already agree with me.

There are a limitless number of people who are open and positive about this industry and it’s products. Talk to them, and ignore the rest that come through your funnel in the process.

That’s all there is to it. Remember… You get what you focus on.
Have a great weekend and I’ll talk to you soon,

P.S. You’ve only got a few hours left Web, and I can
promise that you’ll be kicking yourself if you miiss this…

This guy is a shell with nothing inside. Most people want to be proud of what they do for a living and get defensive when what they do is criticized. How could he possibly think I would have anything to do with him after sending me this email? I almost couldn’t operate the mouse from the shivers running down my spine while I opted out of his list.

I will be happy if I make money online. I will be really really happy if I make money because my affiliates made money selling quality products to their happy customers.

  5. I agree with your comments especially about being proud.Unfortunately not everyone shares your views and it seems that the internet is a perfect place for these people to hide.

When I first started out I used to get so depressed thinking that everyone else was making money and I was not.I wanted to make people aware of the lies that are told so they don’t feel the same.

  7. Does anyone know how to reach him or anyone who works for him on his websites for help? I do not have my account page saved in my computer or the link to the bank his website uses to send out checks.

I tried email Nick Marks twice and it came back as unsendable. Can anyone please help me out here?

    Thank You,
    Aaron Amos

  8. Nick Marks does this all the time.

  9. i just googled my own name and i have a scammer alter ego! aaaah.

also i read something up there where it is recommended to ‘ignore all the others and concentrate on people who believe in you’ i think.. this is a classical cyclic belief system and is total BS, ‘any doubts in your faith?.. its the devil! ignore him!’

    i hate scammers.

    nick marks (an innocent student)

  10. Sorry to hear that Nick.
Still if he really is making the money he claims it might be worth your while to hang around his mailbox and pick up the odd check.
You could be like a modern day Robin Hood.

  11. Hi there,
After reading a little bit, I have to say, boy You are way too skeptical! Stop Analyzing & follow the footsteps of the rich & successful!
Learn to take risks. Ask yourself the question, If you can’t risk $50, what are your chances of earning $50?

  12. Hey Mike
What are you doing all the way back here ? I have written over 100 posts since this one so if you want to see sceptical keep reading.
I can only assume you are new or you have some vested interest in this program.
Go ahead and spend $50 or so on this program or similar and then write back and tell me how you got on.
I have been marketing online for nearly 4 years and I have no need to risk $50 to make money.

    Regards

    Phil

  13. I should have red more info. about markenterprise and forexenterprise before buying into it.
On top of that I accepted an offer for a FREE DVD+MAGAZINE a month ago ( just 7.95 shiping ). I never received it and now I get an e-mail in which they charge my credit card $39.95( recuring charges??? ) for that FREE products that I never received + another 7.95 for shipping. Of course, their “customere service” e-mail bounced my message when I tried to contact them.
I will have to waiste my time and efforts with my credit card company while these guys try to suck up mine and other’s people money

  14. Unfortunately I tried it a few months ago and had trouble with the website setup so asked for my money back. Have not received so far and intend to file a compliant with Consumer Fraud. They did respond to my first request asking for a copy of the email they sent me for access. I was stupid to believe it, but had to try it. Nick Marks is a fraud based on my experience and should be stopped. Don’t do it, once they have your money, your done!

  15. Like,Sergio I too accepted an offer for a FREE DVD + Magazine $39.95 + 7.95 S/H I rec’d it a month late. recurring charges. I wasn’t aware of this. they were able to e-mail info of recurring charges, but , my e-mail bounced when I tried to cancel my subscription. The address the materials were delivered in are as follows: Copyland Inc 11717 W. Pico Blvd Los Angeles, CA 90064 I’ll try to cancel my subscription thru this contact info. Vance

  16. Same thing happened with me in regards to the mystery recurring billing issue. i signed up for a free DVD offer and a month later, still haven’t received the DVD and also started getting a recurring billing that I never approved. After weeks of phone calls, I’m still gettting the run around and have not heard back from anyone. This is definitely a scam!! DO NOT purchase anything from them!!! Even if it is “free”

  17. I wrote an article on what’s wrong with making money online hype. Here’s the link:
    http://webhostingreality.blogspot.com/2008/04/whats-wrong-with-making-money-online.html

  18. well this sucks, I also tryed nick marks scam, payed my money and just keep getting emails on ways to make money but of course you have to pay for them too. havent found anything he has sent me yet that is helpfull. just more scams. What a heartless Man! Lesson learned I supose.

  19. The govt’ should be doing more about the crooks on the internet.
I only see one or two stories a year where they put somebody
in prision for spamming and scamming people on the internet.
Congress is asleep on the job.
This stuff goes on and they do nothing.
    Just like illegal immigration.
They should do away with disclaimers.
Thay only create a loophole to make scamming legal.
To sell any money making opportunity, documentation proving
that it is workable and profitable
should be supplied to the FTC along with a $5000 dollar fee
to get it approved if it is really legit.
That should help kill off the scams.
For MLM/network marketing the govt’ should pass a law
that says you cannot recruit another person until
you have made $10000 dollars selling the product or service.
This rule would be the end of MLM. The average income
of MLM distributors is less than $1000 dollars a year.
After expenses most are losing money.

  20. Hahaha that dude has the same name as me.

  21. Dear Phil, I am new to computers and would like to get out of the constuction biz (I’m an electrician) . Could and would you recommend a way to make money on-line? I’m sooo tired of working in refineries and chemical plants. I’ve already lost one kidney to cancer and would like to start living life on my own terms, and stop worrying about the hazzards of the profession i choose as a young man. THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME

  22. Darryl
I have emailed you a response. Contact me on here if you do not receive it.

    regards

    Phil

  23. I am so glad I looked into this Nick guy before I sent him my $20.00 and credit card information. Like I have always been told, if it is too good to be true, then it probably is….

  24. I ordered the Nick Marks DVD & magazine on 4/30. My credit card was charged $7.95 the same day. Nothing ever received, don’t answer phone or reply to emails.

Just received notice they tried to bill $47.90 to my credit card on 5/30. Was declined, fortunately because they did not have the 3 digit security code.

I have filed an internet crime complaint at 1c3.gov. Others should do the same.

Philmir - can you send me the same info you sent on 5/26 to Darryl? Thank you

  25. Phil, Can you also send me the same info you sent Darryl on 5/26? I also had cancer (lung) and am 60 yrs old and new to computers. I’m having a hard time running my Maintenance business because of ’short of breathness’, and want to establish an internet business. I almost bought the Nick Marks program…..thank you so much for your reviews…..can’t aford to lose money and get scammed. Thanking you in advance. Steve

  26. Here is a general response for those who have asked as my emails do not appear to be getting through.

“I wish I had an easier solution for everyone but I do not. There are plenty of ways to make money online but none of them are easy.
The internet is a great medium for promoting and expanding an offline business but as a stand alone venture it requires a time frame similar to that of an offline business.
That has been my experience anyway. I would rather be unpopular for telling the truth than for telling a lie.

I have mentioned before that there are as many ways to make money online as there are to lose it. Unfortunately the later seems to be the case more often than not. I concentrate on building websites as that was my first interest and on affiliate sales as there is less risk and I can send traffic to sites for free or very cheaply.
I have more time than money so I am able to do that. Many people do not have the luxury of time and so it is different for all people.
There are just to many programs to keep track of and if I start recommending specific ones then the credibility of this blog is lost.
My advice for what it is worth is find something you enjoy and have knowledge of and start now building your advertising resources. No matter what you want to promote you need to advertise so it is never too early to start building credits in safelists, traffic exchanges and the like.
It also helps you to become familiar with what is available and to recognise what may or may not work for you.
Knowledge is as important online as it is offline so learn as much as you can before taking out your credit card.
As this is not an affiliate link I will direct you to www.tazmart.com where Martin runs a great site on the A-Z of marketing. This is a good place to start your journey.
I hope this helps as I have yet to find a paint by numbers solution to this question that fits for everyone.”
I will just add to that Whenever you see the term
“Work from Home” concentrate on the word “WORK” rather than the word “HOME” like most people do.

    regards
    Phil Miranda”

  27. Hi Phil

So I got an email today from www.affiliatehijack.com which belongs to our nick marks friend. And obiously it sounds so good, i purchased the Dvd’s, but they take your money first then ask for shipping details which goes to an error screen. The name of the site says it all doesn’t it…. they hijack you.

  28. Phil I really do need your help on something. I live in Namibia, that’s Southwest Africa, and recently I decided to try making money on the internet. So I joined the home business package of Stone Evans, it’s called the Plug in Profit site. you can check it out under www.pluginprofitsite/main-23071 It’s basically a 3 step system that works with clickbank, succes university, trafficswarm, empowerism, host4profit. I already maxed out my credit card, just to go through his 30 day training which makeds you join more accounts with getresponse, getsubscribed and lots of other sites. Is this program a scam too. I can’t afford losing more money. Because I have such a crappy life and always without money, I just really need something that will work for me? And I stil can’t tell if this is a scam as well? Can you please help an international friend?

  29. Hi Michelle
Always happy to help anyone. I have written about making money online in this post so I won’t go through that again.
Just a few things that bother me about the sales page. It’s length. A general rule of thumb. The longer the sales page the more it is going to cost you. A number of the checks are from 2006 which is also a worry. If you Google “Stone Evans” you will find the ripoff report on the first page. Another alarm bell so to speak. Finally the guru’s testimonials is like a who’s who of scammers and spammers.

Having said all that, since you have already purchased I would suggest you use whatever information you can and learn from it. After all SFI is a legitimate business, at least it was in the past. I was involved with them many years ago.

While it is dissapointing to have spent money with no immediate return it is a valuable lesson in learning what you can from this guy and in maybe sourcing your information for free in the future.

99% of what these guys are marketing is available online for free. You just have to spend the time finding it.

You can see how he makes his money online. Only your own conscience can decide if you want to follow in his footsteps or if you want to find your own way through knowledge and learning. Either path will still take hard work.

Wish I could be of more help but as i have stated before, if I start recommending specific programs then the credibility of this blog is lost.

    regards

    Phil Miranda

  30. I purchased the 49.95 deal that was supposed to start making you money in minutes even for the newbies(which is me), after spending 2 days trying to understand what to do, I emailed a dispute to Paypal and the next day he refunded my money to me!!! I do believe it is set up to get you frustrated and walk away, but by using Paypal you are safer!

  31. As a newbie all these comments are very helpful,so it seems all these guru types promote each others products to each others lists one big scam circle I guess. If anyone promotes Nick Marks products is it save to say they are scammers as well? Or are some acually good guys.So far I have been thinking of them as politicians,I think it has helped me save a lot of money.

  32. Hello guys!

I also purchased the “hijacked comisions” package. The only thing that guy is hijacking is your credit card information. Please DO NOT TAKE THAT OFFER. You’ll end up paying your hard worked money to watch a 24 minute video that tells you what you already know about marketing and that many serious online marketers are giving you for free.

If you already made the mistake and paid for this bull#$%*& go to your bank and put a stop payment on your account so the dont take more money from you!

  33. Ok Guys!

I already filed a complaint on the website of the Better Bussiness Bureau. I think that all of us that have been scammed by Nick Marks should do the same.

    This has to stop!

  34. I'’m on Nick Marks’ mailing list. He is very entertaining.
One of his pearls of wisdom that he has written editorially is “read between the lines,
THINK OUT OF THE BOX “.
—He is proud of his accomplishments.

I would like to be as successful in promoting a website. I hope to have one soon, all my efforts are
directed toward learning how….his site is a work of art to me (the content is regretable). My email address
says it all, ~The lotteries are all scams…I would like to
start a blog for this major criminal conspiracy. Just ask
and I will download a few articles of interest. thanx

  35. Sorry, excuse my assumption. My Email is lottodetox@yahoo,com

  36. Dear Friends

Last week, I signed up and paid up for Nick Marks’ Automated Millions system not knowing that it is a scam.

While surfing the net now, I came aross this FORUM discussion concerning NIck Marks.

After reading the comments/feedback from those who have bought and paid up Nick’s system and who are not able to get back the refund as promised by Nick, I am worried that I will also not be able to get back my money.

May I suggest that those affected keep trying to get the full refund from him using various ways and means and that those who succeed shared their success method with us in this FORUM so that we will use it to get back our money.

    Thanks.

    Gordon

  37. The latest email from nick marks has a long sales letter promising the earth and a video of his earnings.
    But that’s not all!
It also contains a “newspaper article” claiming to be the real thing but which was created on a free ‘newspaper clipping ceator’ programme.
    Lacks credibility, I would say.

  38. I ordered Affiliate Hijack through an email I got from Mark James, a “friend” of Nick Marks. I’d suggest staying away from him also. AH is pure crap. I’ve requested a refund 3 times now. Once through their “Help Desk?” and twice through 1-866-928-6085 which is SWREG Inc. Supposedly their customer support number. Give them a call they’re very friendly and helpful.

  39. 1. Setup a website and tell everyone they will get rich by buying your program/book

    2. Tell them that they just need to sell your program as an affiliate.

    3 Rinse, wash, repeat

Provide no value, just a pyramid scheme.

  40. show me one get rich quick website that doesnt do this, and I’ll send you $100. if I made a million bucks fast, the last think I would do is tell everyone else (unless they were really poor and I retired)

  41. Heh. Looked this guy up after getting some spam email and look, he made another site:

    http://www.affiliatehijack.com/index.html?a_aid=583761b6&a_bid=30131f96

    Kind of pathetic really.

  42. Affiliate Hijack is a HUGE scam. I purchased it and got the download link which takes you to a page to buy more CRAP from Marks Enterprise. I have been calling these bastards for over a month to get my $18.06 refund. ITS A SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

  43. Hi gentlem, it’s Nick Marks Alone there are on internet confussing majority but they never allow you ask a question/reply. eg David B,Worldworks inc./christian ,Russel Brunson,Cynthia Ferguson ,RobertAllen.Above all the UK natioinal lottery

  44. Is this the same Nick Marks that is involved with
    Rapid Business Growth?
I gave them permission to send me free dvds just to pay postage and handling. They only offered credit card. I received two dvds and a magazine that was
supposed be valued at $39.95. All was crappy stuff.
A few days later I was sent a emai that they accepted
my payment for $47.90 for a monthly subscription.
Another sad truth a couple emais to their help desk
yielded returns stating their email boxes were full.
So I guess the next thing to do is alert my card company stating this a fraud.
    Thanks for listening.
    Jackie

  45. Yes Jackie, That is him. Unfortunately this is a common practice now. They rely on the fact that most people will not read the terms of use which state:
    7. Automatic Re-billing

With your order of the Rapid Business Growth DVD you must pay shipping and handling.
At the time of order, we also give you a free 30 day trial to our rapid business growth dvd of the month program as well as our rapid business growth print magazine. After 30 day’s we will automatically re-bill your credit card in the amount of: $39.95/month + S&H. You can cancel at any time, even before we bill your card. To do so, you can email us at: sales @ marksenterprise.com. But we give you this free trial because once you see the value, you will most likely remain a member.
If it was not 30 days as you state then this is fraud. Either way I think it is a deceptive practice. I am really starting to dislike this (man?)

  46. After reading some post I felt bad for some of the people because of some faulty expectations. Remember what our parents said “do as I say not as I do”! same thing applies watch what the gurus do as for their marketing what tools social proofs and the structure of communicating ie list building websites etc..As far as some good info free of course visit www.johnbrittonwright.com email me there and say
prove me wrong. I give more get value to get more get
    value……John Wright

  47. Hi, Phil
I’m from Brazil and I was looking for some internet income to pay college and then I found Nick Marcks Forexenterprise. I bought the program and its really very disapointing. The links are broken, information out of date, and at some point he even tryed to convince us that we can make million selling ebooks for other people just changing name of the author.
Nick Markcs is a thief.nothing more than that.
I saw testimonials of people that can’t get back money and I’m here to show how I did.I payed by paypal and then I asked for refund.I did it yesterday and today i could get my monay back.
Please, don’t buy from that guy if don’t want to steal other people money.

  48. Hi Phil..
    Do you know about www.profitlance.com?
what do you think about it, is it also a scam??
I’m interested in making money online, but i don’t know which one that works.
could someone recommend the one that works?
    Thanks

  49. Somebody knows about www.sixfigureyearly.com?

  50. Hi Citro

Don’t even think about paying for either of these sites.

I will write about these sites when I have time.

    regards

    Phil

  51. Hey Phil,

I was wondering if you have ever heard about this website. processathome.com. It says: 1. you process rebates on behalf of people making purchases of your affiliate’s company’s product’s. 2. one rebate takes about 4 minutes to process. 3. the average you make per rebate is $15.
It sounds to good to be true!!!
Let me know what you think.

    Thanks , Mike

  52. By the way, Processathome.com is $197 to start the program. They show them being on USA Today, Forbes.com,CNN interactive, America Online and The New York Times as well as Yahoo and MSN.

  53. Hi Mike

A Scam ! Please don’t give them your money. Some links for you to read.

  54. I’ve just learned of your blog today and man am I thrilled, it is apparent that you are the sheep and not the wolf..thanks. I am a single mother attempting to get started in this business so please provide me the same info you have to Darryl on 5/26. thanks

  55. I’m sure glad I found this site…it was by pure accident as I was trying to find out more info about Nick Mark’s Multiple Streams of Income.

I’m like everyone else here…trying to find an online business that is NOT a scam. I would be happy to just make $30 a day if I can find something that is legit!

    Thanks for the input here.

  56. The first program of Nick Marks that I have tried is the “Multiple Streams of Income”. Though, it has lots of information, at that time, I don’t know where to start. After that, I tried to avoid him.

I also tried that DVD Growth, but was not properly running on my player. LOL.

Then, after few months, I have seen this “Newbies Cash Vault” of Nick Marks as well, and I tried it again, HAHA!

And again, I got disappointed with this program. I almost felt I want to have an Anti-Nick Marks Campaign. LOL.

However, I never stopped searching on how to make money online because in some ways, I am making money, but its not yet that hundreds of thousands.

Luckily, there are times that I can now make $100 in one day combining all the strategies from what I have read from those info products. (Yeah, I have spent almost thousands just to discover what I had been searching for)

Most of those info products, you can only get 1 or 2 valuable information.

Now, only now that I am realizing what Nick Marks has been saying “THINK OUT OF THE BOX”…

Nick Marks ideas are great, but this realization will only come after you have made your own system and is already making money online — not before.

Now, everything that he has told are now making sense. But still, I don’t recommend his system to Newbies because it may give them a trauma. I am just so glad that his system is not the first info products that I have tried. Lucky me! :-)

However, this one program that I have seen PROFITABLE is the “My Online Income System” of Kimberly Hoffman.

This system has presented a 60-day Action Plan and is definitely a great guide for Newbies and even on a bit advanced on Internet Marketing. This is truly recommended especially when you don’t know where to start anymore.

But hey, MAKING MONEY ONLINE IS POSSIBLE… and the reason why I kept on trying on trying before is because I have seen the big market of the internet and potential unlimited income. So, don’t give up!

There may be lots of scammers… but at least, there are some programs that are working.

Again, the program that I have found profitable with the 60-DAY INCOME PLAN is “My Online Income System” of Kimberly Hoffman.

Anyway, just GOOGLE SEARCH this —> KIMBERLY HOFFMAN REVIEW

  57. I dont believe for one single minute that any of them are for real. The minute I see a splashy long winded sales page with the price slashed and join before midnight there is no way in hell im going there, specially when I see the same people in the testimonials that I see for other companys. . Also a lot of the sitebuilders appear to be dishonest also,if they wont give you a free trial without credit card details they are iffy. The more reputable ones allow a free trial because they are trustworthy.

  58. Just like everyone on this forum I been looking for other ways to make money besides working. I’ve considered these online opportunities but before I give up any money I always perform a search with the name of the business and scam. Then I still don’t get involved with them. Most of you obviously have the ambition to start your own business, you just don’t have ideas or the right tools. I have a free website that I’ve been developing to help low income and working class people in my community but anyone can use it. www.cbd-resources.com. Also for anyone interested in starting a home based child care business, I have developed a quick start kit on CD Rom that I can send to you by mail order for $14.99 plus $2.99 s/h.

  59. Hey! I found this blog the other night and I think its great that your here helping inform the masses. I want to know if anyone has any info on a site called doubling stocks. They claim to have a computer program that reads penny stocks and can predict certain movements, and claim to have sold a similar system to a large fund managing company, I forget the name, maybe Goldman sachs? Anyways, any info is appretiated.

  60. Thank you for your comments Los.
While I cannot confirm the status of this program without further investigation I will say this.
If a person doesn’t have enough knowledge of trading stocks that they need assistance from a computer program, especially in the current financial climate, then maybe they should look at other money making ventures.
    regards

  62. Hello Phil, youre an honest man, please keep us newbies informed on all these nasty so-called internet gurus ! I;m a struggling musician and looking for ways to make money online but very fearful of these online scammers.

I have been researching a a guy called Paul Jenkins, website is E Commerce Arbritage and was about to purchase his course until i received an email from him recommending and endorsing Nick Marks. Here is the email ~~~~~~~~~

Paul sent you this email because you created an account at his site.
If you’ve changed your mind, use the one-click cance1 link below:
    http://partnerwithpaul.com/z/44e97b8d041a8c7c4feac57976713386

    James,

I just got off the phone with a good friend of mine, Nick Marks.

He makes a ton of money online too. In fact, he was recently named
“Internet Marketer of the Year” (ok yeah, I’m a little jealous!)

Anyway, after getting sick of his friends and family constantly
asking him to help them get started making money online, he decided
to just create a special system for them …

    http://www.partnerwithpaul.com/r/ncv/

Nick showed me how the system works, and how anyone can use his
system to make around $5,000 a month with just a little effort.

Now like I said, Nick created this just for a handful of friends
and his family members who kept pestering him.

.. but he owes me a favor or two and I convinced him to let me
offer it to some of my members too.

If you’re looking to create an additional income stream, check
it out before it’s too late. He said he’s closing it down soon:

    http://www.partnerwithpaul.com/r/ncv/

Nicks’ system works great in combination with my program. Check
it out, and see what you think …

    Yours in success,

    Paul

Thanks again Phil and keep up the good work !!

    James

  63. I Agree. Trading Softwares are there ONLY as a back-up, but not entirely for Newbies. Those Trading Robots may give profitable signals, but, it will be hard for the Newbies when to buy or to sell. Therefore, if you really don’t know about stocks yet, stay away from it. Then, if you have learned some, you may try them, only to test if they can give you MORE profits or not.

*** With Nick Marks, be careful. He has great ideas on Internet Marketing, BUT he doesn’t care. You may try his money making systems, but be sure to use PayPal. If it’s NOT available for PayPal, stay away from it……

*** Nick Marks truly knows a lot… he really has been an “Internet Marketer of the Year” BUT, so what? He doesn’t care. Take good care of your credit cards. :-)

  64. Ibought newbies cash vault from Nick Marks and I am stuck cant understand from step 3 onwards can someone help me. Tried e-mailing Nick and getting no responses. Really mad about that.

  65. hi, thanks a ton phil, i am from india and am unemployed from last 3 mnths ,so there was a thought of making money online , and there i was at this guy Nick’s site , but before i could pay i thought of giving Nicky boy a google, well and i am at ur Blog , after reading thru all the comments on him and the other scamsters i am educated and will surely take care, kudos to u Phil for ur research , will keep comin back for more.

  66. Great job you guys are doing!
Philmir, I’m proud of you as you just saved me some cash!
I am a Nigerian and also based in Nigeria.
I have been looking for a new way to make money online and decided to google up Nick Marks, Liz Walker(thedataentryjob.com) and Andrew Morgan(thestayathomejob.com) owing to information obtained from links sent to my email and now I am better informed.
Both named websites have similar designs and same pictures of people in the testimonials. If that is not some fraud, then I wonder what is!
    Gee, thanks.

  67. Thanks for putting up this website. Suspicions confirmed about Nick Marks.

  68. So there seems to be no end to the lengths people will go to pretend credibility… I found this seeming official government website and they applaud Nick as one of three he has “researched” and endorsed…

“Overall Value – Forex Enterprise is a great program, though you do have to work harder to make good money with it. It delivers well on its promise of enabling you to make great money with it from the comfort of your home.”

” Well, there you have it, the three work at home programs awarded with and endorsed by the SRA Seal Of Approval for November 2008. (We plan to do another full-scale evaluation in 180 days).”

  69. […] This site was brought to my attention by a comment made on the post Hey ! Nick Marks, I am confused and mentions the webpage  SiteReviewAuthority.org […]

  70. I’ve been looking for an online system for quite some time, and of course i have had no luck. like it was pointed out earlier, they wouldn’t tell anyone about it if it was real, if it is not a scam there won’t be the sales pitch there will be a proper looking website explaining exactly what is involved in the “job” not testimonials desperately trying to sway you. Never ever give credit card details when they say free or discount and they want your details before they explain exactly what is involved in your role. I always came to the conclusion that if it really was legit they could take commission from your payments and would not have to charge your credit card. so just be very cautious when looking at these. I hope this helps people be more alert and not lose their money! If you ever do plan to try any of these, always google the business name and/or names of said owners. Good Luck all

  71. Does anyone have any experience with a program called Commission Blue Print? How about any of Ewen Chia’s offerings?

    Thanks so much

  72. thanks

  73. Dear Nick Mark,
I dont understant why are you selling Autopilot Profit which is just $27. Instead of selling the Auto. Profit, why dont you used to earn money online. I am perplex, pls can any one clarify this point

    Mamuana

  74. I want to purchase wealthy affiliate university and beating adwords.

Has anyone got any experience with these?

    Thank you

  75. I know Nick Marks for a long time. I know he is very busy man. I’ve read all your comments here. All are positive and Negative feedback but I understand they felt about Nick Marks. But I assure you that Nick Marks is really very kind man. He really helps people out especially I got his help and efforts. Sometimes we chat but not as personal matters but rather we talk about how to make money online in an easy way. He shares to me his ideas and he even reveal; his secrets to e and also to anyone he trusted. Now, even I ask for a little tips from him, it was a BIG help for me because his tips is very effective. I thank hi for being thoughtful and kind to.

  76. Lewis,

I recently signed up with Wealthy Affiliate University and I am very pleased with them. It was actually the first online business i’ve tried. The resources are fantastic, I still haven’t read or watched all they have to offer. The show several ways to make money from the internet. No extra charges or upgrades.

I haven’t been very diligent in my WA university training, but I’ve still managed to get some good rankings with google and I haven’t spent a dime other than my monthly fee.

Notice I didn’t put a link here. . . which means I just wan’t others to benefit. I’m not trying to get any credit for you trying Wealthy Affiliate University.

  77. Dear Nick Marks,

I was excited to get this product. Then the sound did not work at the end of video 1 or video 5. They corrected video 5 after a week of it not working. video 1b still does not work. However, I have not heard from your sales support regarding the Dominating Software that I did not receive or cannot download. It surprises me to see how you have succeeded with this poor level of quality and commitment to customers. I am disappointed and would like a refund for the $97 to my pay pal account.

I may not be rich like you but I have INTEGRITY.

I would appreciate a response from you.

  78. I agree with David Hernamdez. I got sucked into buying his system and thought that the $47 video seemed good value so
I invested in the $97 VIP. What you get is a load of crap that
can be sourced from the torrents if you really want it. He then expects you to give +$250 to get a hosted site! which is advertised as free. On top of that the Market Dominator software
does not seem to exist. I think that I will advertise on my site for $97 for a copy of IncomeGuranteed.exe software that is imaginary and rip some other guys off! I also am contacting Paypal

  79. David and Rod,if your talking about the program I purchased, you forgot to mention how Nick Marks the low life is so unprofessional that in all his videos he has a smoke detector that keeps chirping, he’s too cheap to get a battery for it.

If I have to I will find this guy even if I have to fly to la I will get this guy. I got stiffed for the $47 and the $97 upsel;l which is garbage.

And to toto, if you really know Nick Marks you let him know I will find him.

  80. Er, maybe it’s just me, but from the first moment I saw “Nick Marks”, it seemed clearly to be, not a name, but a Job Description. This guy is having a good laugh all the way to the bank, knowing he actually told people that, as con men do, he is out to ‘nick’ from the ‘marks’.

  81. Hi,

I recently took leave of my senses and paid a small sum to get some information by Nick Marks. What a load of crap. His sales letter actually stated that it was not MLM, FOREX, Affiliate marketing or other crap found on the internet. The very first video stated it was absolutely this.

Contacted several times for a refund but no response. His website www.needcustomerservice.com is more of a statement about his organisation than a service.

Luckily it was a small sum of money but in my opinion no body should purchase anything from this low life. If he cannot run an honest reputable business and has no self respect he should go crawl under a rock.

  82. Phil, the Inet needs more whistle blowers like yourself. I have been a business opportunity seeker and entrepreneur my entire life. It amazes me that there are still these now “modern” day scam artists still trying to rip us off!!! Fortunately, I have been busy for the past 18 years making good money legitimately in the RE & Mortgage Industry, owning my own company. However, since the other scam artists (Our Government) have manged to completely screw that industry up as well, along with the economy, I have been looking back into ways to make $$$. Obviously, I am looking for something that is easier, as I am not as young as I used to be. I ran across your blog by googling our friend Nick Marks. It did NOT surprise me to find all of you bloggers, pretty much saying the same thing. I have read ALL the blog entries on this site, and Toto is the ONLY one that likes this guy. If you look at the writing style, and all the bad grammar and mispelled words, you would swear this is actually Nick Marks himself (trying to save his ass). If you have not seen his latest scam, here it is: http://www.perfectmoneyformula.com/cb1.html Thanks for all the great info and honesty… I really appreciate it… Kevin

  83. Hey, all of you, I’m from lil ol New Zealand - “down under” - and I’ve also been “scammed” by the low-life Nick Marks ! I stupidly bought Nick’s “Newbies Cash Vault” some 6 months ago. AFTER I had purchased and received the link to the so called “product” I discovered that it was all total crap which had you purchasing yet more crap and then becoming an affiliate for all of THAT crap !!! I decided immediately that it was a scam and asked for a refund - time and time again !!! I found out a month later that what I had paid was actually a monthly subscription, when my credit card was debited with the monthly fee !!!!! I wrote a 100% abusive ( hell, I was VERY ANGRY) letter to Nick Marks. It didn’t bounce but I did not get an answer and my credit card was debited again the NEXT month !!!! The only way I could STOP the payments was by contacting Swreg BY PHONE.
All of you, stay AWAY from Nick Marks and his ilk - there are plenty of them out there.
You can learn most of what you need to know about internet marketing either for free out there or for a very SMALL cost - there are some ebooks offering EXCELLENT advice and help for as little as $5. I don’t object to paying that and I have followed TO THE LETTER the advice given in these ebooks.
Becoming an affiliate is the ONLY way to consistently make money online if you don’t have your own product ( and if you have your own product I hope it’s a GOOD and GENUINE one - not crap!).
From what I’ve learned I’ve become an affiliate for several products - you know, ones of value that solve problems for people. There’s a TON of things that people want help with - budgeting, weight loss, healthy living, parenting, petrol savings, cooking, sewing, music - you name it.
It’s FREE to become an affiliate for a worthwhile product - my favourite place for finding GOOD products to promote is Clickbank. Check them out and just DELETE all those crap emails you get about making a zillion bucks yesterday !!!
As an affiliate your biggest expense will be advertising.I’m not going to go into all that right here - except to say that you can advertise for free in heaps of ways - just Google “free internet advertising tips” and see what you come up with.
Making money on the internet is NO easier than making money offline. If you sit in front of your computer for at least 5 hours a day - preferably 8 when you’re first starting out - and promote and advertise GOOD products, then you WILL make money - slowly but surely you’ll build a reputation as someone who can be trusted. But you must be consistent and KEEP working every day. I’m here to tell you the truth - (hah! Where have you heard THAT before) it could take you anything from 1 to 3 years to make a “decent” income online.TRUE “work from home” means EXACTLY that - WORK !!!!!!
Back to Nick Marks - I deserved what happened to me as I broke ALL my own rules about NOT getting involved with “scum bag, scamming, con artists”.
Good luck to all you nice, genuine people who are just trying very hard to make a buck or two online.

  84. […] Hey ! Nick Marks I am confused. […]

  85. Thank you Phil, for your insights and honest. Folks, there are an incredible amount of unethical scams out there, and many are borderline, such as StemTech who pretends to sell Vitamins/supplements but is actually just a MidLevelMarketing (MLM) sales scheme, or the Avatar Program in Florida (pretending to sell life skills, but will actually pressure you into selling to others). These types of companies are NOT IN YOUR, the consumer of their product/service, BEST INTEREST!

Please be very wary, and please watch over your families’ finances, especially your older family members. My ma is a sucker for these types of scams, and she’s lost untold thousands.

  86. i am dissappointed!!!!!!!! i just found the perfect money formula website and was actually almost willing to try it….until i found phil…you are the sh*t!! thanks for taking time out of your life to make sure nick marks doesnt ripp off as many people. you saved me 97$ tonight!

  87. Hey! I found this blog the other night and I think its great that your here helping inform the masses.I am 21 and am completing my engineering studies. As the basic course requires high tuition fees i am looking for some way to make cash for continuing studies.I live in india and have a part-time job at the local hotel as a waiter but i am looking for ways to make the ends meet.As i have free access to our college internet i am looking for some opportunity online to make some money.I have read all the comments in this blog but i have not really found a way to make money by working some hours daily. I expect it can be some kind of website programming which i am familiar with as i am a computer programmer or some other work. Please help

  88. Is there anything that makes money? I tried a few but nothing works! Dataentryjobs.us is a big scam! Stay away!

  89. Has anyone tried free to register “paid surveys”??
But as a non US resident I have only found a few paid surveys that I can register with. Thanks

  90. hey i didn’t see any of this and i went through with nick marks system and have been earning money now for about five months does this mean he will try to rip me off later for the money he helped me make i don’t understand all the complaints or there origin please let me know if i am making good money as i am now should i stop how can i have such different results then all the people that have posted here? someone please fill me in as i have nothing but good things about nick marks and his programs i do relize it has alot to do with how each person runs there business but the things being said here are outrageous to me just my few cents thanks cameron

  91. Which System Cameron ? I am sure my readers would love to hear more details.

  92. I think this blog is great you save me money and hassle.
Its people like mark that sit back and watch when people snap and can’t understand why it happened thank Chris

  93. Hello,
I just found your stuff on Nick Marks by Googling the name.
    Why?
Because I just got this SPAM email that praised this turd like he is some kind of Messiah for IM’ers!
Seems pretty obvious the person praising Nick Marks is probably, er…Nick Marks.

I did a whois check on the spam site address used to send the spam, “jeramant.com”.
It say’s there’s no website there, you can check it if you like, but I never open links in spam, so it’s up to you.

I really enjoyed your writing about the git Nick Marks.
I agree with the comment that People should be proud of their work in our industry, if their contribution is something to be proud of.

Obviously Marks and the other sociopath cold fish bottom feeders he swims with have nothing to be proud of.
Thanks for writing the above expose. Very interesting, and nice to know there are plenty of IM’ers with integrity left. 8-)
    Warmest regards,

    Alex Clifford
PS here’s the spam email I got today, proclaiming Nick Marks as the 2nd coming, with the Sun clearly shining out of his bottom! 8-)

Folks from all walks of life, are speedily joining with us, working 60 minutes
each day and they’re realizing over twenty grand in just thirty days!

I’ll be frank. I was profusely leery when I began researching and making inquires
about this system but when I found out precisely who generated and developed it
I distinguished at once that this wasn’t another one of those bothersome gimmicks
    or tacky scams.

The maker of this inventive system is the cunning Nick Marks. For those
who do not realize, he’s ‘the’ web marketing guru of 2008. Everything he’s developed
is surprisingly simple, effective and targeted!

Nick Marks has been weaving his magic on line for over a decade now and once you see
Exactly how faultless his record genuinely is, there’s no denying that he knows
this industry inside out. Any product by Nick Marks is essential to anybody who wants to
Start out acquiring a real livelihood on the net.

  97. Phil, I would be interested in researching any feasible site you may recommend as well. BTW - I was encouraged to purchase the Automated Wealth System from a Scott who promotes “legitimate reviews” which is his number 1 business opportunity. http://www.legitimatebusinessreviews.com/

  98. I have been trying to sus out the “chalk from the “cheese so to say for some time now so that I can get started on the web.each time I start to trust someones credentials, along comes a site / blog like this to wake me up–Thanx a lot .I have a short list now and Marks is not on it.

  99. Hi Phil, I take it from your responces that you feel there are no actual legitamate get rich quick schems out there ( shame ) as i sure thats what most people on this site myself included are looking for.
And i fully understand that by indorsing any website discredits this blog.. So the all important.. What are the legitamate ways in which people earn good money from their computer? is there anything that works ( with hard work ) Can anyone on this blog explain in plain english good ways of earning money without having to give them my credit card details???
by the way thankyou for this site and advice Phil and hope to hear from you.. Mark

  100. Hi Mark
You are right about legitimate get rich schemes and also about the credibility of this blog.
A slight correction though. Get rich schemes can work if you are the program owner and you have no conscience. At the end of the day these are the people making money. I do not know of any moral and legal way to make large sums of money quickly on or offline. No doubt there are those who will disagree and will be happy to show you how for a small fee.
That is the great Internet Work from Home Scam and it continues because there are always those who are desperate enough to think” if you can’t beat them join them’ and always those who are happy to part with a sum of money for a “chance” at financial freedom.
It is simply a numbers game.

    regards
    Phil

ps: You might find this post helpful in explaining how the work from home niche operates.

  101. I looked at the Affiliate Hijack website and was about to buy, and then when I was about to pay the extremely discounted price through PayPal, it would not let me use my PayPal account for it. An error came up saying I had to provide a credit card because the amount was more than the available amount on my PayPal credit. That is when I knew it was bogus. I know how much money I have on all of my accounts and I know d@#& well that if they use that lie, then none of my money was going to be wasted on it.

  102. Hi Phil, Just wanted to say that everybody who visits this website should read the post you suggested i read, i think it sums up the whole make millions on the internet thing perfectly… And really the only way to make millions easily is by becoming one of the people that you and everybody on this web page have been conplaining about… Thanks for your responce and good luck to all… Regards Mark

  103. Geez, there is sooo much bs out there and it is really difficult to see through some of it because you want to believe it will improve your circumstances. I am a grandmother who has recently had to take on the role of parenting my three grandchildren ages three, five and six. I have diligently been seeking an online opportunity so that I may stay at home and be able to raise my grandchildren. I was laid off from my job last year in July. I am not a spring chicken so no one is eager to hire me, although my qualifications speak for themselves. I would greatly appreciate any feedback that anyone can give as to a legitimate online venture.
Thank you and God bless you all, this has been great.

  104. Phill could you send me an email regarding real on line was to make money i read this other post, i have been working my tial off in the wrong direction …

  108. Hi Phil,

thanks for all the great information, I’m a stay-at-home mom now that I lost my office job :( I can’t afford to pay for daycare and thought with my typing skills there has to be some way I can get a job working online. But everything I looked into seems to be a scam. One should not have to invest anything in order to work.
I don’t have money to waste on stuff that’s just empty promises so I always read the fine print. If it costs anything then I’m not going to do it.

I checked on this one website after getting an email. No joke, this guy appeared as an animation on the right side of the screen and started talking (sorry I forgot his name). When I tried to exit the site it popped up a box asking if I really wanted to leave this site and miss out on the great opportunity. I clicked NO thinking No I don’t want this but it really meant No I don’t want to exit and took me to some sort of chat with a representative trying to talk me into this crap. I told her I don’t want anything to do with it and exited the chat. Then my browser crashed.

Not only are these websites scams that will cost you money if you buy into them but I think they also have spyware and malware on them. Also, if you get an email from one of them IGNORE IT! As soon as you click on their link to check out the website they know that they found another valid email address. Since I checked out that website I have been getting floods of spam emails.

Oh and a word of warning, don’t buy into that SMC program either, I’ve tried that and had a heck of a time before I was finally able to cancel it. After your initial sign up for “less than $25″ they want you to buy all kinds of other stuff, like expensive memberships, in order to make any “real” money. I managed to stop myself before losing too much money. All the products they have are junk, most of it mass produced in China. Yet they say you’re getting a great deal if you buy those items at say $9 and then your’e supposed to sell them for a huge profit like $29.95? Who in their right mind would pay that much for an item they can get at the dollar store? Just because they have a celebrity saying it works doesn’t mean it does. Tom Bosley should be ashamed of himself!

Isn’t there ANY legitimate job online? I don’t mind putting in some work each day. I’m not looking to be my own boss making millions of dollars. I was looking for a legitimate company that would hire me to work from home for them. I just want to make a decent income so I can pay my bills.

  109. Phil, i work in sample preparation for a measly AU$18.50 an hour, is there any way of making money off the net mate?

  111. Have a look at Nick Marks latest offer. If you sit through the video he made with Camtasia on how awsome this deal will be, he offers you a 6 month guarantee, a phone number (for his Affiliate Manager Shanjay Khosla in Torrance CA. He says that you can have 25,000 member optin email list and some other goodies for only $495.

Thank You all for the ongoing exposure of this Nick Marks character. It looks like he is trying to sell off his business and get out of Dodge.

there is the link if anyone wants to take a gander and take a risk.

  113. Hi Phil, 15 July 09

    Thanks for your good work.
I’ve read the comments above wish I had seen this before! I purchased Nick;s Affliate Hijack. quoted for $ 37.00 in May 09 & my money got hijacked.
After I had paid for the product all I got was to view a video that was full of fluff and crap.
Next I was asked and received emails to pay another $197 as web hosting charges for a free website. His sales letter clearly mentioned no money to invest after you subscribe to this product
Luckily my credit card was a net virtual card with a fixed amount and so Nick fraudster the brigand could’nt charge my card this $ 197.00. I raised tickets and the response was an email in my inbox asking me to shell out another $ 197.00.
I’ve raised umpteen tickets- no response, his collecting agency Swerg also seems to be hand in glove with him as they too responded in a very casual manner.
Is’nt there a law to bar such brigands.
I still come across other big names in the internet market as his affiliate, promoting his products.
Is there any way I could prove to them of Nicks fraud or is this a vicious circle.

  114. hi phil, your blog is great, i found your website a long time ago but i havent visited in a long time.

i also say it is hard to make money online, there are so many scams, 9 out of every 10 websites you view that have anything to do with making money are freakin scams.

i wrote a blog post how this is the era of ponzi scams, because honestly i have never seen the abundance of scams ever as there are now

    http://businessclix.blogspot.com/2009/01/era-of-ponzi-scams.html

and like phil said the FBI, FTC, SEC, they do not do their damn job, they are pretty much crooked scammers themselves anymore

    Hello everyone,

Awww, here’s Phil Miranda to the rescue! Everyone’s Knight in shining armoire. Well, guess what Philmir does for a living? He is an “internet marketer “himself (figures) he copies the website information and products from other competitors and simply adds his own words. You don’t need a half brain to figure that out, I guess older people so called “newbies” should be excluded from the half-brain statement. Most of us are trying to make a living or a way to make xtra cash, internet businesses sound attractive as the programs are presented as easy and pretty much idiot proof, I think any biz project whether online or else can only succeed by investing work and time, say; dedication? :)
So Philmar, why don’t you add yourself to the “keeping the bastards honest” hit list? I’m curious, how do you make more money? By bagging the other guys (genius by the way) and gaining their customers that just couldn’t get whatever they bought or from straight sales from your website?

    Good luck everyone

  116. Hey Debbie

I think you may have me confused with Phil (felepe) Miranda who owns philmiranda.com and promotes everything from cash gifting to weightloss. I have mentioned him in other posts.

If this is not the case could you please show me specific examples of what I am promoting that does not fit with the principles of this blog

    regards

    Phil

  121. Hi Phil, I think that this blog is ’spot on’ and the kind of generous resource that people in need of advice rarely get.
My situation is similar to most of the other commentors, as i too have been looking for a genuine opportunity and only finding BS artists whose credablilty goes south rapidly the closer you look.
Any advice/direction on genuine income opportunities would be most appreciated.
Keep up the good work, more people of your calibre are whats needed.

  122. i HAVE NOT GET ANY BENEFIT FROM JOINING THIS COMPANY SO i NEED MY MONEY REFUND

  123. Nick Marks is a spamming faggot. He offers “free” books and then just sends you to a site to buy crappy shit, then he will not remove you from his mailing list once you realize the scam.

I am reporting Nick Marks spammer to the Federal Trade Commission. Nick Marks is a spammer and a scammer. I sincerely hope that Nick Marks gets prosecuted for spam and fraud.

  124. I HAVE JOIN THE STAY AT HOME JOB BUT I HAVE GOT NOTHING AND I HAVE PAYED FOR.

  126. Hi phil,

Wow this thread has been here for awhile. SO i bought one of Nicks Products that talked about fansites. I have not seen him implement this idea yet. do you know much about what his products are?? Yes i feel like i paid too much for what the product was so i thought to offer the same info for free.

  127. Hey guys,

Nick Marks is now peddling a system called “GSneeky”, and let me tell you I have never seen a bigger load of croak in all my 2 years on the Internet.

This guys has balls people! Truth in marketing now has a poster boy of what NOT TO DO. The system is a total joke and runs far, far away from it sales page claims.

Stay well away from this one people. It is loaded, and I mean loaded with upsell after upsell of total worthless garbage. Every link has more upsells with programs promising over night riches. I get emails promoting more junk daily. He probably sold the full record I gave at sign up.
    What a low life!

After going over the material and having a good laugh, (he basically wants you to create a video and use traffic geyser to promote it), I set out for a refund.

He actually spends more time trying to get get the affiliate commission for traffic geyser, then the functionality of the “GSNEEKY” system.

He has purposely made it very difficult to get your money back as the support ticket system takes you for a wild ride, following link after link to submit a ticket that probably goes nowhere. I never did receive a confirmation.

Anyway, I invested a total of 50 bucs on the 9.95 “Gsneeky “sytsem and 39.95 on the useless upsell.

I don’t know how a guy could sleep at night offering these products to people with a straight face, let alone still be allowed to do business on the Internet.

I will make it my mission to discredit guys like Nick Marks that take advantage of people and use the Internet for fraud and dishonest salesmanship.

    Thanks

  128. Hi Anthony,

I agree with you. GSneaky is tottally SUCKS! BIG TIME!

I’ve bought it few weeks ago and I am tottally PISSED OFF!

  129. Yes. Its totally rubbish.Dont buy nick marks product.Totally wasting your time + money.

  130. Hey guys, I so wish i had googled that pricks name and found this discussion a lot sooner. I was stupid enough to have purchased GSneaky about a month ago for $11.85 AUD and have just now checked my credit card statement online, only to find, that bastard has stolen another $112.00 AUD from me. Like you Anthony, I plan to make it my mission also to discredit
Nick Marks. Now im left with the trouble of sorting this out with my credit card company as conveniently his online support is offline and none of my many emails ive sent are being answered. I think its time i forgot about making money online because if thats how its done, im not prepared to rip people off.

  131. […] Hey! Nick Marks I am Confused […]

  132. Sick of all the scams and shady marketers?

I just wanted to shoot you a quick email to tell you about a cool new site called IM Report Card.
It’s a new community that’s updated daily with reviews of popular Internet marketing products, services and people.
Wondering if that product or service you’re thinking of
buying is worth it? Now you can find out before you buy.

You can also grade products you’re familiar with, report scams, add comments and write your own reviews, and even
    >> earn money just for participating

  133. http://www.imreportcard.com/r/honestreview

Check it out and see what you think …

If we all just make a little effort we can make it a lot
harder for the promoters of crappy products to do business online, and shine the spotlight on those that deserve it.
